7. Warranties & Return Policy
The Website Owner makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
The Website Owner strives to provide accurate descriptions and high quality merchandise. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do everything in our power to make rectify the situation. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 14 days ago cannot be serviced.
If in doubt of which BELGARDE product to select for your timepiece, please consult the manufacturer of your timepiece. BELGARDE products are designed to be used with any timepiece that makes use of straight (not curved) industry-standard spring bars as a means of watchstrap attachment. Some manufacturers of timepieces use proprietary or non-industry-standard methods and solutions for strap attachment to their product, for which BELGARDE is not suitable. Again, when in doubt please contact the manufacturer of your specific timepiece.
While we strive to serve you to the best of our abilities it can sometimes happen that an order arrives damaged due to shipping, it may arrive as a defective product or it may not be the product you ordered. We apologize for any such event and would like to resolve such situations quickly with you and to the satisfaction of all concerned. Thus, in any such case you must contact BELGARDE immediately at sales@bel-garde.com (SF: to be confirmed with ES) for us to work to rectify the situation. Contacting any public forum such as but not limited to the press, radio, television or any social network, prior to contacting BELGARDE for diagnosis and to have the opportunity to work to resolve the situation may limit the resolution. In such a case we reserve the right to explore all legal options available under the law, specifically to recover damages and legal cost arising from having to do so.
The nature of BELGARDE products is such that replacement will be required from time to time due to use and environmental effects, such as but not limited to climate, weather, water and other liquids, perspiration and other bodily fluids, and mechanical stressing from use. BELGARDE products are therefore not covered by The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), specifically section 12B (1) (b) that defines “Non-conforming Product”.
7.1 All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable after having been used or latest after 14 days from the shipping date.
7.2 Should you find that the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately by emailing to sales@bel-garde.com (SF: to be confirmed with ES) so that we can rectify the situation to the best of our abilities.
7.3 If any item arrives damaged due to shipping, immediately contact the carrier and if take photos of the damage. Keep all shipping documents, envelopes or cartons, and email sales@bel-garde.com (SF: to be confirmed with ES)
7.4 Despite our best efforts it may happen that the wrong product is shipped to you. In this case, please contact BELGARDE immediately at sales@bel-garde.com (SF: to be confirmed with ES) so that we can rectify the situation to the best of our abilities. Please note that the originally ordered product may not be in stock or may even have been replaced altogether. In this case we shall strive to provide you with a product that matches the originally ordered product most closely.
7.5 BELGARDE products are warranted against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 30days under normal use. Wear and tear as my be expected from such a product such as but not limited to surface scuffs, hole distensions, material stress and breakage, discolorations from lights, fluids including sweat and other bodily fluids are not covered. However, if you are concerned that one of your items is defective, within 14 days of the shipping date, please email sales@bel-garde.com (SF: to be confirmed with ES).
8. Disclaimer of Liability
Your use of this site is at your risk. The information, materials and services provided on or through this web site are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Neither BELGARDE nor any of their affiliates warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, materials or services provided on or through this website. The information, materials and services provided on or through this website may be out of date, and neither Robot R Us, nor any of its respective affiliates makes any commitment or assumes any duty to update such information, materials or services. All products and services purchased on or through this website are subject only to any limited warranty offered by BELGARDE or in case of any third party product, if any, by their respective manufactures, if any. In the event of any problem with this website or any content, you agree that your sole remedy is to cease using this website. In the event of any problem with the products or services that you have purchased on or through this website, you agree that your sole remedy, if any, is from BELGARDE or in the case of third-party products if any, by the manufacturer of such products or supplier of such services, in accordance with such manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, or to seek a return and refund for such product or services in accordance with the returns and refunds policies posted on this website.
9. Payment, Shipping Duties and Taxes
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, bank transfer or for Singapore residents’ payment by check.
Payment by check is available only to Singapore residents; please expect some delay of your shipment until the check has been cleared by the bank.
Should you decide to pay by bank transfer, we will send you our bank account information in separate email. Please note that all costs for payment by bank transfer are to be borne by you – failing to do so will delay your shipment until full payment is received. Failing to resolve an issue arising out of insufficient payment, will attract handling and processing fees of 35% of the total amount owed or Singapore Dollar fifty (SGD 50.00), whichever is lower.
Our prices do not include local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and import duties.
Shipping and Handling
All shipping is done using Singapore Postal Service. For overseas shipment Air Service will be used.
If you prefer to receive your goods by courier, please contact us prior to placing the order to make the necessary arrangements.
Shipping will be effected within five working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery time quoted is based on best case as indicated by Singapore Postal Service or the chosen courier service; however, delays may occur especially on Mondays and after Public Holidays or due to weather, local holiday, customs inspection or natural disasters. We will not be held responsible for the delay.
Import Duties and Taxes
We are not a GST registered company, therefore NO GST will currently be charged to Singapore residents.
Non-Singapore consumers (“Overseas Consumers”) are automatically exempt from Singapore GST. However, Overseas Consumers are responsible for any additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and import duties that the country of your residence may impose. We are not able to provide quotes or estimates on the amount thereof. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our Shipping and handling fees, if any only reflect the cost to ship your order to your country.
10. Use of the Website
The Website Owner does not make any warranty or representation that information on the website is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction (other than The Republic of Singapore). By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the Website Owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.
11. General
11.1 Entire Agreement
These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website.

The Website Owner may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of The Republic of Singapore in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.
